I am so excited to invite you to join me for this Core Restore Detox event. Together, we will experience a different detoxification program than any you may have tried before. The Core Restore program is a science-based, seven-day program that will reset our bodies’ detoxification system and get your health back on track
Pollutants seep from the air we breathe, the food we eat, and even the soaps we use to scrub our skin clean. The human body is equipped with an efficient detoxification system, but it can become bogged down with toxin overload. Like a car needs an oil change periodically, our bodies need an occasional tune-up. Not only will our detoxification systems “run” better, but you’ll feel more energized, too.
During the kick-off presentation, we will share with you the expectations and benefits of the Core Restore program and answer any questions you might have. I’ll be communicating with you each day of the program via email. I’ll share tips, recipes and encouragement throughout the week!
